Humility is seeing yourself clearly; strengths and weaknesses. To know yourself and be comfortable in your skin and not compare yourself to others, or disdain what God has given you. Where do you compare yourself to others?

“If dependence is the goal; weakness is advantage.” God’s power is perfect in your weakness. Where are you feeling weak in relation to surrendered wellness? (Reminder: "Surrendered Wellness" is being obedient to steward your body for God's glory).
